An Ontario Provincial Park contacted Chrismar about a new self-directed activity to engage campground and day-use visitors - we created an original topographic map and, with the aid of local staff, several nature-based discovery courses focused on a series of stations to visit and questions to answer.
A major national telcommunications company required an effective map graphic for their annual report. Chrismar not only prepared a simple base map of the entire country, but also processed the data for the coverage and supplied a ready-to-publish digital file.

Marten River PP Section
This small city required several custom maps for trail brochures and signs geared to promoting local outdoor activities. Chrismar prepared an original topographic base map for a large area, surveyed the trails, prepared the graphics and produced the signs.
An Ontario Provincial Park required an informative reference map of its campground so visitors could easily find their way around. Chrismar used existing information provided by the client to prepare an inexpensive document with excellent clarity.

Waterloo Active Transportation Section
This top-rated summer camp required an attractive site map for visitor orientation and program development. Chrismar prepared a detailed base map, did extensive field surveys to capture all features, and drew the final product, providing both hand-held copies & large signs.
This central Ontario city asked Chrismar to prepare a public-facing guide to their developing Active Transport network. Chrismar created a detailed original base map of the urban area, then added and clearly differentiated the various routes, schools, and sports facilities. Goals met!

An author working on a comprehensive book about Lake Nipigon required 10 different map graphics to highlight various features of the area. Chrismar researched and prepared an original map illustrating one of several stages of the last Ice Age.
As part of a series of outdoor interpretive panels researched, written and produced by Chrismar Signs for an Ontario Provincial Park, this one required a map showing a selection of major shipwrecks on Lake Superior.

A mid-sized community wanted a "Power Off & Play" guide as part of the Healthy Kids Community Challenge to encourage children  and their families to explore their community. Chrismar prepared a simplified planimetric map the showing major features plus an activity guide on the back. The reverse side of the "Power Off & Play" guide is both a colourful instructional guide and an introduction to the variety of local activities to help make for Healthier Kids and their families. A combination of mini-maps, original graphics, adapted stock graphics and interesting and description text.
Telus GoBC Section
A US-based financial development company needed a map graphic detailing the location of competitors in their proposed market's area. We created the base map, added existing branches and main offices and presented a polished final for their regulatory application.
A leading telecommuncations supplier was working with a provincial government on a multi-year cellular service expansion project. Chrismar helped this company win their federal licence many years ago and came to their aid again with detailed sectional and whole province maps showing existing and planned coverage updates.
